NOMAD is more than a training camp. It's a movement back to functional, outdoor intensity. Born from the desire to break free from artificial gym settings, we utilize the raw elements of nature to forge athletic grit and foster a tribal community of high-performers.

HOW IT WORKS
Nomad Training Camp is a Hybrid Outdoor Workout. It blends Strength Exercises + Running between the Rounds. Perform 4 rounds of 6 Strength Exercises follow up with one timed lap of Run
